As Principal Contractor, we can plan, manage and monitor the entirety of the construction phase of a project. We regularly carry out multi-trade contracts for clients who require associated works to be undertaken in conjunction with the façade repairs. Typically this will involve scaffolding, roofing, leadwork, timber and joinery repairs, metal work and decoration to maximise a project’s efficiency to the benefit of the client and the buildings users.
Our role will also cover the coordination of health and safety to ensure that construction work is carried out without risks, as well as decisions related to the design (where required), technical and organisational aspects of a project while considering and managing various stages of work in line with the agreed programme and client requirements.
