Estimator

We are looking to hire an Estimator to join our expanding team. It will be essential that you have either specific experience of stonework restoration and facades or you will have main contractor experience, pricing for different trades.

 

With those boxes ticked, and if you want to join one of the country’s largest and longest established companies in the heritage sector, then read on, because we are looking to boost our team with the best talent out there.

 

We view our clients as partners and as such you must be a keen team player with attention to detail, delivering to the highest standard. As such applicants will have excellent communication skills, working as comfortably with Directors and members of the estimating team as they are with sub-contractors or a client who has issued a tender. Read on… If you are somebody who thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, able to work on multiple projects with diligence and tenacity, as well as having excellent numerical skills then we are almost there…

 

With all of your ball juggling, plate spinning and first-class communication skills you will also have experience of managing the full tender process from initial review and submission to negotiations and securing that project before handing over to the delivery team

 

Preferred Qualifications:

A-Level or Degree

 

Essential

Good knowledge and ability to use of computing software – Outlook, Excel, Projects, Asta, Word, Adobe, Publisher etc.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience

You will be entitled to 25 days holiday rising with length of service, annual discretionary bonus and pension.

Site Manager

Location: Central London

If you are a Site Manager with experience in external façade refurbishment and you want to join one of the country’s largest and longest established companies in the heritage sector, then read on, because we are looking to boost our team with the best talent out there.

 

We view our clients as partners and as such you must be a keen team player with a focus on detail and delivering to the highest standard, as such applicants will have experience with the following:

 

  • Site Surveys – Record Keeping, etc.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety Standards
  • Document Drawing/Information Control
  • Auto Cad input/output
  • Management of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
  • Assisting Site Q.S. – Use of Spreadsheets, take off, site measurement
  • Organising materials, plant and labour resources
  • Programming work
  • Liaison with clients representatives
  • Submitting Daywork Sheets
  • Cost Control, liaison with the relevant Quantity Surveyor
  • Contract correspondence

 

Preferred Qualifications:

BSc Construction Management, MCIOB, HND Building or similar

Salary is negotiable depending on experience

You will be entitled to 25 days holiday rising with length of service, annual discretionary bonus, pension, travel allowance and private healthcare.
